My approach
Our sessions can draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and family-systems perspectives. We can talk about how these approaches might fit your goals. You do not need to know a therapy term—or arrive with a diagnosis—to start a conversation.

A first step at your pace
Meet in person at Dakota’s Redlands office. The practice confirms fit, availability and exact office details when arranging your appointment.
Online sessions may be arranged by request when appropriate for your care. Dakota will discuss whether this is a good fit. You must be physically in California for online sessions; both partners must be in California for couples sessions.
Standalone individual sessions are $175; couples sessions are $275. The appointment form needs no SEINE BIO account. A free account lets you purchase SEINE BIO therapy packages.
