SEINE BIO operates seinebio.com. This notice explains the personal information handled through our website and how to ask about it.
Information collected
We collect the name, email address, contact details, service interests and message you submit through our inquiry forms. Creating an account provides account and contact information. Purchases and account activity create order, billing, delivery and payment-status records.
Care screening collects your eligibility responses, care goals and health information, including health background and current treatments. Your responses and acknowledgments are associated with your account.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your requests, maintain your account, coordinate care-related review and appointments, administer orders and member benefits, send account updates and operate the website.
An inquiry or screening submission does not itself take payment, book an appointment or approve treatment. Clinical decisions remain with the relevant treating provider.
Service providers and care providers
SEINE BIO uses service providers for website operation, communications, scheduling, payments and clinical-record services. These providers handle information in connection with the services they provide. Providers involved in your requested care also handle relevant information under their applicable privacy notices and records procedures.
If you use an external appointment calendar, intake service or other linked website, review that service’s privacy notice before providing personal information. Services that deliver website content may receive network and device information when that content loads, and may collect information about activity across websites under their own notices.
Cookies and browser choices
The website uses cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in, session and store functions. You can control cookies through your browser; restricting necessary cookies can affect sign-in and checkout.
The website does not currently use browser Do Not Track signals to change its collection practices. External services may operate their own cookies and tracking choices. This notice does not waive privacy rights that apply to you.
Records and your requests
Closing an account, canceling renewals or becoming inactive does not automatically erase your records. Updating screening responses does not automatically remove earlier submissions. Records that must be preserved by applicable law may be retained.
You can ask about information associated with your account or request access, correction or deletion through our Contact page or by emailing contact@seinebio.com. Say that your request concerns privacy. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information before providing records or changing them.
For clinical records maintained by your treating provider, ask that provider for its privacy notice and records-request route. Please keep medical history and identity documents out of the general contact form and ordinary support email.
Updates and questions
Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Use the Contact page or contact@seinebio.com for privacy questions and administrative help. These support routes are not emergency or urgent clinical communication services.
