Good questions

A few things to know.

What does the starting estimate mean?

The planning estimate starts at $120 per month with care coordination included. Your exact plan, services and any medication supply are confirmed individually. Additional services are quoted before you decide. This estimate does not establish a clinical-trial fee or guarantee medication or enrollment.

How would payment and a refund work?

Payment is made upfront after your plan and price are confirmed. If your request is not approved, we refund your payment. If you choose an alternative, we explain its price and confirm any payment adjustment with you first. This policy is separate from study enrollment and does not promise trial acceptance or medication.

Is SYNERGY-Outcomes a general weight-loss trial?

No. It studies adults with high-risk MASLD, a fatty liver condition, using specific liver testing and other criteria. The study team confirms the complete requirements and current availability.

How do I take the next step in the U.S.?

Open Lilly’s SYNERGY-Outcomes page and choose “See if You May Qualify.” If you appear to be a preliminary fit, a study nurse can discuss the next steps. You can also call the study nurse at 1-844-200-7254. SEINE BIO is not presented as a Lilly affiliate or study site.

Does joining a trial guarantee Retatrutide?

No. SYNERGY-Outcomes randomly assigns participants to retatrutide, tirzepatide, or placebo. Screening and study consent explain the assignment process.

What if a trial does not fit my situation?

Ask your treating physician whether expanded access merits consideration. The listed program has strict criteria, including severe refractory obesity, serious complications, and inability to join a suitable trial. It also requires sponsor and regulatory approvals; it is not an automatic alternative.

Do I need membership or a product purchase?

No. A free account is available and paid membership is optional. Care coordination is included at no extra charge. Additional services are quoted individually before you decide. SEINE BIO does not sell Retatrutide through this pathway, and purchases do not affect study eligibility.

What does an “approved” status mean?

It records the external decision for the named request. It does not create a prescription, guarantee study assignment, or authorize a retail purchase. Your care team explains any remaining steps.

What should I know about side effects?

Common reported adverse events included nausea, diarrhea, constipation, and vomiting. In the 12 mg group, 11.3% discontinued because of adverse events, versus 4.9% for placebo. Review the full research and individual risks with a clinician.
