Do I need membership to buy or request care?
No. You can browse freely and create a free account to purchase. Clinical products still require the applicable review and approval. Clinical support through My Care is available to applicable patients regardless of paid membership.
How does the shipping benefit work?
Plus includes free two-business-day shipping after dispatch on qualifying physical-product orders of $100 or more before discounts and taxes. Premier includes free two-business-day shipping after dispatch with no order minimum. Both benefits apply within the contiguous United States. Review and processing happen before dispatch.
What does Premier coaching include?
One 30-minute welcome session by phone or video, a personal action plan, and a 30-minute check-in each calendar quarter, beginning in the quarter after your welcome session. Coaching focuses on nutrition, meal planning, fitness and lifestyle habits. Your membership must be active. Unused check-ins expire at the end of the quarter and do not roll over.
Coaching appointments use designated coaching times. If your schedule changes, you may request another available time within the same quarter.
Is priority support the same as clinical care?
No. Premier adds priority human phone and email support for membership, coaching and administrative coordination. It does not buy priority clinical decisions or replace your care team. Use My Care for clinical support.
What is research-program navigation?
It is administrative help organizing available information, paperwork and next steps. Research teams and program sponsors make their own eligibility and enrollment decisions. Membership does not guarantee access, approval or a place in a study.
Are therapy services included or discounted?
A free account lets you buy SEINE BIO therapy packages at their public package prices. Plus does not add a therapy discount. Premier adds 20% off eligible therapy vouchers and packages purchased through SEINE BIO. The membership fee is separate. Direct appointment purchases through the therapist’s booking form are not eligible for either membership discount.
Which items are excluded from Premier savings?
Travel packages, membership dues and direct appointment purchases through the therapist’s booking form are excluded. Eligible retail products, Rx products and SEINE BIO wellness and therapy packages receive the 20% discount. Product review, authorization and other applicable purchase requirements still apply.
What happens if I already have a membership?
Your existing terms remain in place. Any new tier or change to an existing plan will need a separate, confirmed enrollment choice.
Can I cancel?
Both plans renew monthly until you cancel. Premier has no minimum commitment. Cancel to stop future renewals; your free SEINE BIO account remains available.
