No. Send basic contact details and your area of interest. The team follows up about screening, availability, fees and the appropriate intake before an appointment is confirmed.
Do I need to choose a treatment first?
No. Start with a goal. An individual clinical assessment determines whether treatment, more evaluation, another approach or a referral is appropriate.
What does optional membership include?

Can I request therapy without membership?
Yes. Dakota’s standard self-pay individual rate is $175 and couples rate is $275, with the same fees for in-person and eligible virtual therapy. Practice fit and scheduling are confirmed separately.
Can I choose an available appointment directly?
You can review appointments in the existing booking calendar. Booking does not establish medication eligibility or guarantee a treatment. Ask the team if you need help choosing the service.
