Start where you are

Make room for what
matters to you.

Your reasons for reaching out can be as personal as you are.

Understand what keeps coming up.

Identify recurring feelings, reactions and relationship patterns with a therapist who helps you understand them.

Find space to be heard.

Bring questions, uncertainty or the wish for something to change. You don’t need a polished explanation.

Work toward your priorities.

Set personal goals together and revisit what’s helping as your therapy progresses.

What brings you here?

Your starting point belongs
in the conversation.

You don’t need to label everything you’re feeling.

A few practical answers before you begin.

Can I meet virtually?

Eligible clients physically in California can meet by telehealth at the same session fee. Ask about arrangements based on where you will join the session, especially when traveling.

Can I request couples therapy?

Yes. Ask about individual or couples appointments and current availability. The practice will discuss fit and next steps.

Will this form book or charge for a session?
